Hello and welcome. My intention is to offer a safe container for people to heal themselves, cultivate trust, inner harmony through the intuitive arts and somatic practices. It’s my passion to uplift and support others so they can move forward with more confidence & love. I am honored to co-create with you and bear witness to your unfolding.

Through a multi-dimensional & embodied approach, I create an environment to get unstuck mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. The practice is an exploration of the inner landscape and learning to listen to the voice within.

  • life coaching : 1:1 SESSIONS CUSTOM TAILORED & DESIGNED FOR DEEP INTEGRATION AND HEALING THRU THE INTUITIVE ARTS AND EMBODIED EXPLORATION. DEEP DIVE SOUL WORK.

  • Energetic Bodywork: A fusion of Thai Bodywork / Energy Work. Gentle healing & rebalancing of the nervous system, release physical, mental & emotional tension, clearing energetic debris from others, illness or that have been created through thought patterns. Increases vitality, mobility, circulation, flexibility, clarity and renewal from the inside out.
